Fix testft2.c, FT_Set_Char_Size(face, size, size, vdpi, hdpi), both dpi must be set
(<=2.x, 0 meant the default resolution of 72dpi). Did not affect GD itself as we define both.)
Remove ubuntu example (not default, the bytecode interpreter is enabled)
